For 19 20 degrees i d use a long sleeve vest under it for 18 19 i d use a sleepsuit under it and for anything less than 18 probably a vest sleepsuit and the bag or i would buy a 2 5 tog bag for when it s that cold. With zip edging and poppers to the shoulders this machine washable sleep bag also features a 1 5 tog. It is likely you will need a couple of bags a standard 2 5 tog and a lightweight one for warmer weather.
